Anker Innovations promises to implement sustainable supply chain management and comply with human rights and labor rights protection, strictly adheres to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), the Labor Law of the PRC, the Law of the PRC on the Protection of Rights and Interests of Women, the Provisions on Prohibition of Child Labour, among other relevant laws. Anker Innovations implements relevant requirements in a variety of areas, including supplier sourcing, introduction, cooperation, and supplier performance evaluation, and requires suppliers to adhere to the “Anker Innovations Supplier Code of Conduct for Compliance“. Our goal is to promote continuous improvement of suppliers and ensure supply chain compliance.

The establishment of an employment relationship should be based on the employee’s autonomy and voluntary participation.

Suppliers should comply with all applicable local and national laws and regulations regarding the minimum working age, and shall not employ child labor.

  • Humane Treatment

Suppliers should respect and treat every employee kindly, commit to creating a workplace free from harassment and abuse, and not threaten employees with harsh or inhumane treatment.

  • Wages and Benefits

Employees should receive reasonable wages in accordance with applicable local laws. 

  • Non-discrimination

Suppliers should commit to protecting employees from harassment and illegal discrimination. 

  • Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining

Where permitted by law, suppliers should respect employees’ rights to freely associate with others, form, join, or not join a union or their chosen organization, and engage in collective bargaining.

Conflict Minerals Statement

Anker Innovations Technology Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries, branches and offices (hereinafter referred to as “Anker Innovations”, or “Company”, or “We”) are committed to abiding by the Responsible Mineral Initiatives (RMI) and the Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Anker is also committed to respecting human rights, not fueling conflicts, and striving to take corporate responsibility in its procurement supply chain and adhering to social ethics.

We promise not to directly or indirectly use minerals that cause conflicts and implement supply chain compliance procurement management standards within the Company and in our entire supply chain process. All relevant suppliers are required to guarantee the legality of their supplied products or materials (that all materials come from environmentally and socially responsible sources) and sign a Supplier Compliance Letter. Meanwhile, relevant suppliers are supervised to implement strict conflict mineral investigations and raw material source tracing systems, striving to ensure that the relevant materials used in our products are legal and compliant.

The principles of responsible and sustainable development are the basis and standards of Anker Innovations’ supply chain procurement. We will adhere to ethical procurement together with our suppliers and other stakeholders, commit to not engaging in any activities that provide funding for conflicts, and help ensure that the human rights of people working in relevant areas are protected.

In order to identify the suppliers involved in five kinds of responsible minerals, including tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold (3TG) and cobalt, Anker uses Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) / Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT),?and requires suppliers to investigate and identify smelters and refiners.
